Our CNC milling shop works with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines, including Okuma Genos and Haas UMC models for 5-axis simultaneous milling. We use these to produce complex shapes, slots, islands, chambers, and precise corner work. We machine aluminum, stainless steel, steel, brass, copper, bronze, titanium, Inconel, and various plastics. Robotic loading, offline CAM programming, and strict process control enable us to achieve consistent quality, high precision, and short lead times. This makes TMI's milling shop suitable for medical, food, high-tech, and defense applications.
