Inconel is strong, heat-resistant, and difficult to machine, but at TMI, we have mastered this material down to the last detail. On our CNC lathes, we use special tools, cutting conditions, and clamping methods to ensure dimensional accuracy. Parts are then ground for precise fit and optimal concentricity. Each item is given a unique serial number that allows us to trace all measurement and balancing reports.
Our process control and measuring equipment ensure components that can withstand extreme loads and speeds of up to 60,000 rpm. With 3D measurement and our own balancing installation, we provide a complete report for each serial number. This makes TMI a reliable partner for critical components in the defense industry.
